4.2 Payment is made either in full or in cash upon receipt. The goods must be collected within one week of receiving notification.
4.3 The conclusion of the agreement is conditional on confirming the order and making payment.
4.4 The Service Provider begins fulfilling the order only after the agreement is concluded.
4.5 Before the goods are dispatched, the Customer may change the delivery terms at their own expense. After dispatch, changes are not possible.
4.6 If the price is clearly incorrect, the Customer notifies the Service Provider or cancels the order.
5.1 All prices are in euros.

7.2 The Service Provider sends the Customer a confirmation of the order cancellation.
7.3 The refund is made within 14 days to the same account from which payment was made.
7.4 The right of cancellation applies only to natural persons.
8.1 A Customer who is a natural person may withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days without giving a reason.
8.2 The withdrawal period begins on the day on which the Customer or a third party designated by them (excluding the carrier) has physically received the goods. For an order consisting of several parts, the period begins from receipt of the last part.
8.3 The intention to withdraw must be communicated to the Service Provider at the e-mail address [email protected], indicating the order number.
8.4 Upon withdrawal from the agreement, the Service Provider returns to the Customer all payments received from them, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from the Customer's choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Service Provider), without delay but no later than 14 days from the day on which the Service Provider became aware of the Customer's decision to withdraw.
8.5 The Service Provider makes the refund using the same payment method that the Customer used for payment, unless the Customer has expressed a wish to use a different payment method. The Customer incurs no service fee or other cost in connection with the refund.
8.6 The Customer must return the goods to the Service Provider without delay but no later than 14 days from the day on which they notified of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if the Customer sends the goods back before the end of the 14-day period.
8.7 The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer.
8.8 The Service Provider has the right to refuse to make the refund until it has received the goods back or the Customer has provided proof that they have sent the goods back, whichever occurs earlier.
8.9 If the Customer wishes to avoid compensating for a decrease in the value of the goods, the goods must be used and tested only as would be permitted in a regular store, and the goods must be returned in their original packaging and original completeness (including all items in the product packaging and any gifts associated with the Sales Agreement).
8.10 If the Customer has used or tested the goods in a manner other than necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or does not return the goods in their original packaging and original completeness, the Customer is liable for the decrease in the value of the goods, and the Service Provider has the right to deduct this amount from the purchase price to be refunded.
8.11 If the Customer does not agree with the decrease in value indicated by the Service Provider, they have the right to engage an independent expert to determine it. The costs of the independent expert are borne by the party whose position proves to be unfounded. If this cannot be determined, the costs of the expert assessment are divided equally between the parties.
8.12 The Service Provider has the right to submit claims arising from a decrease in the value of the goods to the Customer no later than one month from the return of the goods.
8.13 The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made according to the Customer's personal needs or to special order, nor to audio and video recordings and software with opened packaging, perishable goods, or other exceptions specified in § 53(4) of the Law of Obligations Act.
8.14 Withdrawal from the agreement does not extend to legal persons. Within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act, a consumer is a private individual.
