Receiving and Inspecting Goods

When receiving your order, please inspect the packaging before accepting the shipment. If the package is visibly damaged, do not accept it or note the damage together with the courier on the delivery documents.

If you have already accepted the shipment but suspect that the product may have been damaged during transport, open the package in the courier’s presence whenever possible and inspect the item.

If any damage or defects are found:

  • Inform the courier immediately;
  • Ask the courier to record the damage and, if possible, take photographs;
  • Take your own photographs of the damage;
  • Contact CyberMarket customer support at [email protected].

Please report any transport damage or courier-related claims as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours after receiving the goods. This helps us resolve the issue faster and, if necessary, submit a claim to the carrier.
