Fully washed coffee beans are carefully refined to the smallest details. Coffee cherries arrive at the processing station within hours of being picked. They are then removed from the pulp, first washed, and then fermented for long periods in cool mountain spring water for approximately 40 hours. This slow and gentle process ensures maximum coffee clarity and highlights the natural fruit aromas. Before exporting, the coffee is sorted over 12 stages, ensuring the highest quality bean selection.
