About CyberMarket

CyberMarket is an Estonian online department store: you can buy almost everything in one place — from computers and home appliances to sports, home, beauty and pet products. We sell only 100% original goods and ship across Estonia, the Baltics, Finland and the whole European Union.

Who we are

The store is run by LONG MARKET OÜ (reg. no. 17296134), an Estonian company in Tallinn, Priisle tee 16-6. Founded in 2025 on Estonian capital, we are a local Estonian business. We serve both private customers and businesses and constantly expand our range.

CyberMarket is a one-stop shop with almost everything for home, work and hobbies:

100% original goods

We sell only original products — mostly European brands with the official manufacturer's warranty. No fakes and no grey imports: every item comes with supporting documents.

Warranty and claims

For private customers: the manufacturer's warranty applies (usually 1 year, depending on the brand). In addition, under Estonian law a private buyer has the right to submit a claim about a non-conforming product for 2 years; during the first year the defect is presumed to have existed already at the time of purchase. If a brand is not serviced in Estonia, separate service conditions apply, which we tell you in advance.

For businesses: a 1-year warranty. For regular VIP customers we're happy to agree on other terms too — we're flexible and tailor the setup to the client and the project.

Delivery across the EU and beyond

We ship across Estonia, the Baltics and Finland, as well as the entire European Union. By arrangement we also deliver outside the EU — except countries subject to sanctions. Delivery options: parcel machine from 2.99 €, courier and self-pickup.

For businesses and organisations

We work with companies: we issue e-invoices (e-arve) and prepare tailored offers. For large and non-standard orders we build the conditions around the project, and we offer VIP terms to regular partners.

We have our own warehouse in Tallinn — goods are in stock on site. You're welcome to come, take a look and discuss any larger project in person: just arrange your visit in advance by calling +372 612 22 22.
