ABOUT THE COFFEE

In the package, you will find two naturally processed coffee types: decaffeinated "Mundo Novo" from the Cerrado region and SL14 and SL28 from Uganda. Brazilian beans are dried on concrete terraces in a dry climate, while Ugandan beans are sorted, floated, and dried on raised beds using fermentation methods, giving them a fruity character. The combination of these characteristics creates a sweet, tropical chocolate profile known as "LOW Jungle Fruit."

Brazilian beans have been decaffeinated using supercritical CO₂, which removes caffeine while preserving aroma and structure. The coffee is light, intensely tropical fruity in flavor with subtle chocolate undertones, rich body, mild acidity, and a long-lasting, fruity aftertaste that emphasizes its character.

A 250 g serving prepared according to the V60 protocol contained 57.2 mg of caffeine, which is approximately 70% less compared to a fully caffeinated beverage.

ROASTER'S NOTE

"LOW Jungle Fruit" is a beverage with a prominent tropical fruit profile and subtle chocolate undertones. Juicy pineapple and passionfruit notes dominate, enriched by hints of apricot and ripe stone fruits. The bright sweetness adds depth to the flavor, while the rich body creates a dense, enveloping texture in the cup.

Subtle, low acidity pairs well with the chocolate base, and the long-lasting, fruity aftertaste emphasizes the tropical character of the blend. This is the taste of our low-caffeine version – intense, juicy, and full of character.
