The history of the Cagliari company is the story of a Modena family, reflecting a typical narrative of Italy over the past 150 years. It is a story about men who became pioneers. Driven by noble ideals and great courage, they crossed the ocean in search of a better future. This was also the case for Ambrogio, who went to Brazil, where he found work at a coffee plantation.

Thanks to his determination and seriousness, he soon became involved in the selection and commercialization of green coffee. From São Paulo, he traveled to Bordeaux to distribute Brazilian coffee throughout Europe, slowly making his way home. In 1909, he returned to open his roasting and tasting shop in the center of Modena.

This is a blend of Arabica and Robusta, where the sweet aromas of dried fruits and caramel from Central and South America blend perfectly with the nutty and bitter cocoa notes coming from the Robusta. The coffee has a distinctive intensity, resulting in a rich and enveloping taste.
