All about the product
Grove series module for 9-degree inertial navigation (IMU). It acts as a gyroscope, accelerometer and electronic compass. Two chips are responsible for all functions - LCM20600 and AK09918. LCM20600 is a 6-axis motion sensor consisting of a 3-axis gyroscope and a 3-axis accelerometer, and AK09918 is a 3-axis electronic compass with a highly sensitive Hall sensor (0.15 µT / LSB). This allows for 9-level navigation, i.e. angular rotation x/y/z, acceleration x/y/z and magnetic force x/y/z.
