All about the product
The 16-channel PWM generator is useful when there is a shortage of microcontroller outputs. It allows, among other things, to control servo motors, adjust motor speed or change the brightness of LEDs. Interacts via I2C, operates at 3.3 V and 5 V.
Main features:
- Logic voltage: 3.3 V to 5 V
- Servo motor supply voltage: up to 6 V
- All outputs are shown on the board
- Integrated clock resonator, which eliminates the need for the microcontroller signal to be constantly sent to the system
- Ability to select I2C bus address (0x60-0x80) via jumpers, allowing connection of 62 devices
- The PWM signal resolution is 12 bits, the frequency can be adjusted between 40 Hz and 1000 Hz
- It has push-pull or open-drain digital outputs
- Equipped with protection against reverse connection of power supply voltage
- The board has holes for soldering a large capacitor in case interference occurs due to excessive servo motor current
- The output circuits have 220 Ω resistors connected in series, allowing you to directly control the LEDs
- The kit includes connectors for self-assembly:
- 1x screw - connect power supply
- 4x 3x4 gold pin strips, 2.54 mm, for servo connection
- 1x 1x6 gold pins for wiring logic signals
- The module dimensions are 62.5 x 25.4 x 3 mm
