The ceramic coffee dripper "Hario V60-02" is a cone-shaped filter with a swirling radial outlet pattern and an open end. Cone-shaped paper filters help to extend the contact time between water and coffee, as the water flows to the center. You can brew two cups of coffee at once. This manual brewing method gives you complete control over brewing time and temperature, so your coffee will be brewed exactly how you like it. The large hole at the bottom of the cone allows the coffee to flow freely, so you can adjust the flavor and strength simply by regulating the speed of pouring hot water (pour quite quickly if you want weaker coffee, or slowly if you prefer darker coffee). Using the ceramic coffee dripper "Hario V60-02". To prepare 320 ml of coffee: 1. Heat the paper and ceramic filters with hot water. 2. Discard the water. This will help reduce that paper aftertaste. 3. Add freshly ground coffee (20 g) to the paper filter (medium grind is generally recommended). 4. Pre-wet the coffee grounds with 50 ml of water – the entire surface should be moist. Wait about 10 seconds. 5. Pour the remaining water first into the center of the coffee and continue with circular motions upwards, following the cone shape. Pour slowly. 6. After pouring the remaining water, wait until there is no water left on the surface of the coffee and enjoy your well-prepared coffee.
