All about the product
ASA (acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylic) 3D printing material is resistant to UV rays, moisture and heat. Due to these properties, products printed from ASA can be operated outdoors, in the heat of the sun. Compared to ABS, ASA is easier to print, has less unpleasant odor, and shrinks less when the product cools. Products do not deform up to 94 ° C.
Printing recommendations
- extruder temperature 220-250°C
- substrate temperature: 90-110°C
For the initial adhesion of the product to the sole, it is recommended to use ASA sussensia (ASA plastic dissolved in acetone).
It is recommended to print in a closed chamber.
