All about the product

The Power over Ethernet HAT (B) is a add-on module designed for the Raspberry Pi 3B+ and 4B minicomputers. It provides both 802.3af network connectivity and power to the Raspberry Pi over Ethernet. The PoE input voltage must be between 37V and 57V. The add-on has an easy-to-read 0.9” display that displays temperature, IP address, and fan status (built into the add-on). It is equipped with a PCF8574 chip and an SSD1306 controller. For proper Power over Ethernet operation, the HAT requires a router/switch with PoE (Power over Ethernet) capability.
