OnOff SHIM is a Raspberry Pi add-on that mounts on the GPIO pins. By disconnecting power from the add-on's microUSB port and pressing the button, the minicomputer will start working. After installing the software, you can press the button again to turn off the device and completely disconnect power from the Raspberry Pi.
