All about the product
The Cycladic civilization is the oldest in Europe and flourished in the Aegean Sea in the 3rd millennium BC. Their marble art was a highly stylized depiction of the human form with minimal geometric lines, which makes it very similar to modern art. The King depicts a strong male figure with minimal broad shoulders, while the Queen's statue is dedicated to the most important period of a woman's life - pregnancy. The Bishop's figure has guiding lines with his arms under his chest and his legs together. The Horse is a Trojan War Horse found in the bas-relief decoration of a vase on the island of Mykonos. The Castle is a replica of the entrance to a massive 2,500-year-old marble temple, which is still a landmark on the island of Naxos. Finally, the Footman is the head of the most famous marble statue from this period.
