The Royal Catering grease separator is perfect for any professional catering industry. The device separates grease from dirty water before it is discharged into the sewage system. In this way, the separator will protect both the sewer and the pipes from clogging. The body of the device is made of high-quality stainless steel , which ensures strength and durability. The material is also highly resistant to biological and chemical factors. Thanks to the large capacity of 21 liters , the grease separator under the sink collects up to 15 liters of waste water with animal or vegetable fat. The fine mesh inner bag traps all grease and residue, making cleaning the unit extremely easy. Collected sludge is disposed of separately for disposal or recycling. The drain tap allows you to drain separated fats and oils in just a few simple steps. For ease of use, the faucet features helpful ON and OFF symbols, and the inlet and outlet openings are extra wide to reduce the risk of clogging. The lid closes with practical latches, and the seal prevents unwanted odors from penetrating to the outside. The lid has two handles for easy removal.
