Thanks to the large capacity of 21 liters , the grease separator under the sink collects up to 15 liters of waste water with animal or vegetable fat. The fine mesh inner bag traps all grease and residue, making cleaning the unit extremely easy. Collected sludge is disposed of separately for disposal or recycling. The drain tap allows you to drain separated fats and oils in just a few simple steps. For ease of use, the faucet features helpful ON and OFF symbols, and the inlet and outlet openings are extra wide to reduce the risk of clogging. The lid closes with practical latches, and the seal prevents unwanted odors from penetrating to the outside. The lid has two handles for easy removal.
