The Hendi dehydrator for fruits, vegetables, herbs, meat and fish with a power of 650 W is a refined device in all respects, which will be used in professional premises and catering establishments. It not only combines efficiency, performance quality and reliability, but also provides unparalleled working comfort.

The digital control allows you to adjust the temperature between 35°C and 75°C in 5 degree steps and set the timer which can be adjusted up to 24 hours in 30 minute intervals. The warm air is distributed by a silent fan, which dries the food evenly and the user does not have to rotate the trays.

The unit has six stainless steel grills (305 x 330 mm). They are evenly distributed throughout the device and are easy to remove and clean. The transparent door allows you to monitor the processed food and facilitates the control of the entire drying process. In order to increase the durability of the device, the body is made of high-quality stainless steel.
