The Hendi dehydrator for fruits, vegetables, herbs, meat and fish with a power of 650 W is a refined device in all respects, which will be used in professional premises and catering establishments. The digital control allows you to adjust the temperature between 35°C and 75°C in 5 degree steps and set the timer which can be adjusted up to 24 hours in 30 minute intervals. The warm air is distributed by a silent fan, which dries the food evenly and the user does not have to rotate the trays.

The unit has six stainless steel grills (305 x 330 mm). They are evenly distributed throughout the device and are easy to remove and clean.
