All about the product
The Horus Heresy novel reveals the scale of Horus's dark plans, yet no one is prepared for how far he is willing to go. The forces sent to quell the Warmaster's rebellion have no idea they are stepping into a slaughter the galaxy has never seen before.READ ON, THIS is one of the most detailed accounts of one of the most horrifying battles of the Horus Heresy. You may know what happened during the Dropsite Massacre, but the true story has yet to be fully revealed. As the extent of the betrayal comes to light, it will become clear that things were far worse than you could have imagined.STORYHorus has rebelled against the Emperor and purged his and his brother's Legions, but what was meant to remain a secret slaughter operation has been exposed. In the Emperor's name, Rogal Dorn and Malcador the Sigillite send forth the largest assembly of Space Marine and Primarch forces ever gathered to stop Horus's rebellion before it has even begun. However, the loyalists, seeking vengeance, have no idea of the scale of the betrayal that awaits them. They will not be the executors of the slaughter – they will become its victims. The last hope of returning to the Great Crusade and preserving the unity of the Imperium will perish in the dust of Isstvan V, and the survivors will be cast into a new dark age.Authored by John French.
