Oak’s BBQ spice blend is based on smoked paprika, balanced with garlic, onion, black and ancho peppers, while the depth of flavor is enhanced by delicate notes of butter and yeast extract. The result is a vivid yet refined BBQ that accentuates the natural flavor of meat. What makes this blend special? It was developed together with the Baltic Steak CookOff champion Robert Svetlausks! This spice blend enhances the flavor of the steak without overpowering it. Unlike many paprika-based mixes, it withstands high temperatures—creating a rich crust when grilling or roasting without any burnt or bitter notes. Ingredients: salt, sugar, smoked paprika powder, onion granules, garlic granules, ground black pepper, butter flavor (3.2 %), monosodium glutamate, yeast extract, rapeseed oil, ancho peppers, anti-caking agent – silicon dioxide. Storage: keep in a dry place at room temperature from 10 °C to +25 °C.
