Brahmi Churna is a well-known Ayurvedic classic. Charaka Samhita, one of the main Ayurvedic scriptures, describes Brahmi as having many positive properties. Brahmi or Bacopa monnieri is an effective herbal remedy.
Provides strength to hair roots and shine, stimulates hair growth, helps reduce hair loss and dandruff.
For chronic skin diseases, Brahmi powder is used locally in paste form (for example, eczema, psoriasis, leprosy, rashes, ulcers, and pus). It activates cell metabolism, improves blood circulation and healing, reduces redness, itching, and inflammation, as well as skin flaking. Slows down aging when used as a mask, helps keep the facial skin youthful and improves complexion.
How to use:
Externally for skin, scalp, and hair: mix Brahmi powder with warm water or your favorite carrier oil into a paste. Apply the mixture to the desired area (head, hair, face, and décolleté, problem area), gently massage. Leave on for 15-30 minutes. Rinse with water.
