Birkmann Bread Baking Set
Birkmann Bread Baking Set, 3 pieces includes accessories needed in later stages of homemade baking preparation:
- dough rising basket,
- bread baking pan
- cotton bag for storing bread
The set allows you to organize the entire process from dough rising, through baking, to bread storage.
Perforated bread pan, 25 cm long made from carbon steel, which conducts heat well. The holes in the surface of the pan help release moisture during baking and contribute to a crispy crust. The non-stick coating makes it easier to remove the finished loaf. Designed for bread dough and can be used in the oven up to 230°C temperature.
Bread rising basket, 20 cm in diameter , made of 100% natural rattan, ensures favorable conditions for air circulation. Before the first use, the manufacturer recommends generously dusting the basket and dough with flour. The basket should be cleaned by hand and allowed to dry completely before storing.
Cotton bag for baked goods, 38 × 45 cm , for storing baked bread and other baked items. The bag is made of 100% cotton. Machine washable at 30°C on a gentle cycle using a mild detergent. The manufacturer does not recommend using fabric softener or drying it in a tumble dryer.
Before the first use, the pan should be rinsed, thoroughly dried, and lightly greased. It is best to use wooden, silicone or high-temperature resistant plastic utensils with the non-stick coating. Do not use knives or other sharp objects. After baking, the pan should be washed by hand in warm water with mild dish soap and thoroughly dried. The pan should not be washed in a dishwasher.
