“Ultra™” plant sterols from Vitabiotics contain 1350 mg of beta-sitosterols, which corresponds to 1500 mg of plant phytosterols (on average 3 tablets).

Reducing Cholesterol Levels
It has been proven that plant phytosterols lower cholesterol levels in the blood. High cholesterol is a common health issue, as it is a risk factor for coronary heart disease.

1. A positive effect is achieved by consuming 1.5–3 g of plant phytosterols daily.
2. The development of coronary artery disease is determined by many risk factors, and changing one of them can have positive or negative effects.

Usage:
TWO – THREE TABLETS PER DAY. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Do not chew. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Can be taken alongside other Vitabiotics products. Regular usage is recommended.
