Gamta Balta LDPE
Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) is a lightweight, flexible, and strong material, making it ideal for all types of small molding.
These sheets are perfect for vacuum forming on concrete or gypsum products or for making resin casting molds. They can replicate fine details of the object, similar to what you would get using silicone. LDPE is also the only material that does not stick to resin (epoxy) objects.
Compared to silicone molds, LDPE shells are significantly more durable. While silicone molds typically withstand only about 20 uses, LDPE molds can be reused hundreds of times or can even be used as permanent molds. Thus, LDPE is a great alternative to silicone molds.
Accessories:- LDPE easily breaks if the molding pressure exceeds 60 kPa. It is recommended to accordingly reduce suction power and use micro-porous mold release additives.
