The dietary supplement "Folate & B-12" is a capsule form preparation containing vitamin B12 in its adenosylcobalamin and hydroxocobalamin forms, as well as vitamin B9 in the form of active metabolically folate – (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate glucosamine salt Quatrefolic®.
