"Kexcelled THE K6™ PLA FR" is designed where flame resistance, good inter-layer adhesion, and minimal deformation are crucial. This filament has a high tensile modulus of 4100–4600 MPa, making the parts stable and load-resistant under continuous load.
With a density of 1.28–1.30 g/cm³, this material ensures dense and uniform prints with high precision and smooth surfaces. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for housings, protective covers, and functional components requiring long-term dimensional accuracy and structural stability.
Printing recommendations- Nozzle temperature: 210–230 °C
- Bed temperature: 30–60 °C
- Bed modification: Adhesive tape or glue (below 60 °C)
- Print speed: 40–80 mm/s
