CordSET Rounded Corner Tile Cutting Set with Diamond Wire, Distar

Rounding tile corners often requires significant experience, precision, and thoroughness. Even the slightest mistake can ruin a tile.
That is why the "CordSET" – an innovative cutting set, has been developed to perform these complex operations faster, simpler, and more accurately even on the first attempt.

Cutting is done using high-quality 0.5 mm thick braided diamond wire, while the cutting direction is ensured by a tempered steel template fixed with special clamps and wedges.

The wire is easily and quickly attached to ergonomic handles, making work comfortable and smooth.

The set also includes a highly absorbent cooling sponge that helps ensure optimal cutting processes and longer wire life.

To avoid cracks at corners or curved cutting places, the tile is securely fixed with special clamps on all sides. This ensures greater precision and protects the product from damage during use.

The foundation of the set is a wire produced using advanced multilayer diamond coating technology. It features:

  • up to 6 times longer service life than usual wires available on the market.
  • up to 50% higher cutting speed.
  • high cutting accuracy and stability.

A 12 mm radius cut is made in just 4 minutes. The service life of a single 30 cm long wire reaches 12–18 cuts depending on the tile thickness and cooling efficiency.
