The STAUB fondue set combines traditional preparation with the advantages of durable cast iron. Classic vegetable or meat fondue in oil or broth, Swiss cheese fondue with dry white wine, dessert fondue with melted chocolate, or delicate fish fondue – the imagination knows no bounds. Thanks to the excellent heat retention of cast iron, the pots heat up quickly and evenly, staying warm for a long time. If the pot is heated on the stove rather than over a hot plate, it can be easily transported using ergonomic handles and placed on the dining table. The removable fork holder also protects against oil splashes on the table or clothing. With a smooth, enamel-coated interior surface, food does not stick, and any residues can be easily removed. Lastly, the heater can be flipped upside down into the pot, and the set can be stored in place to save space.
