Instructions for use:
• Before first use, check that the jar is not cracked or broken.
• If there are any defects, replace the jar with a new one.
• Jars and lids must be washed with warm (but not hot) soapy water.
• Before canning, jars and lids must be sterilized in hot water.
• Do not pour boiling water directly into jars as they may crack.
• When filling the jar with jam, ensure there is enough space (about 1–2 cm) between the jam and the bottom of the lid.
• Remove air bubbles with a wooden or silicone spatula.
• Ensure the rim of the jar is clean and place the vacuum lid on the jar, then apply the outer lid and tighten securely.
• Improper sealing of the jar can lead to a loss of airtightness and spoilage of the jam.
• Do not place a hot jar on a cold, wet, or metal surface as it may crack.
• When pasteurizing jars in hot water, do not allow them to touch the bottom of the pot directly and do not plunge them suddenly into boiling water – allow the water temperature to rise gradually.
• A closed jar should be left upside down for 24 hours.
• Store in a warm, dry, and cool place
