Vitamin K helps maintain healthy bones and contributes to normal blood clotting. Vitamin D aids in ensuring normal calcium and phosphorus absorption/utilization and helps maintain normal calcium levels in the blood. Vitamin D helps support healthy bones and teeth and ensures normal muscle function. Since K2 and D vitamins are fat-soluble substances, the capsules contain oil that aids in their proper absorption.
