AMZCHEF FYM35-S16 2-Zone Induction Cooktop

The AMZCHEF FYM35-S16 is a two-zone induction cooktop equipped with a Power Sharing feature that automatically distributes the available power between the cooking zones. When using a single cooking zone, the maximum heating power is up to 1,800 W; when both zones are in use, the power is shared, for example, in a ratio of 1,350 W + 450 W or 900 W + 900 W. It offers 20 power levels, 20 temperature settings ranging from 50°C to 240°C, a timer up to 4 hours, touch controls, and a panel lock. The appliance is designed for a 220–240 V power supply, 50/60 Hz.

Power Sharing – Intelligent Power Distribution

When cooking on two zones simultaneously, the cooktop distributes power appropriately between both zones. Increasing the power of one zone automatically adjusts the power of the other, allowing the appliance to control the total load during operation. This enables you to cook, fry, or reheat two dishes at the same time without having to manually manage the appliance’s total power output.

20 Power Levels

The cooktop offers 20 power levels, making it easy to adjust the heating intensity to suit the dish you’re preparing. Lower settings can be used for gentle heating or simmering, while higher settings are ideal for quick cooking and frying. When operating a single cooking zone, the maximum available power is 1,800 W.

Temperature control from 50°C to 240°C

There are also 20 temperature settings to choose from, ranging from 50°C to 240°C. Such a wide range of settings allows you to select the right temperature for everything from gentle heating to intense frying, making the cooktop ideal for many everyday cooking methods.

Timer up to 4 hours

The built-in timer lets you set the cooking time for up to 4 hours. This feature is useful when cooking dishes that require prolonged heating, simmering, or cooking at a specific power level, as it makes it easier to control the preparation time.

Touch Controls and Panel Lock

Each cooking zone is equipped with an easy-to-read touch panel with a digital display, which allows you to adjust the power, temperature, and cooking time. The lock function reduces the risk of accidentally changing the settings, which is especially practical during extended cooking sessions and in homes with children.

Easy cleaning and compatible cookware

The smooth surface of the cooktop makes it easy to remove residue after cooking, as there are no protruding burners or grates. The AMZCHEF FYM35-S16 is designed for cookware with a flat, magnetic bottom, including suitable cast-iron and stainless steel pots and pans. Cookware with a diameter of approximately 12–26 cm can be used on the cooktop.
