PREPARATION:

BEER PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1 teaspoon of loose leaves (about 1.3 g) + 250 ml of water at 80–90 °C, cover and let steep for 4 minutes. To achieve a more intense flavor, increase the amount of loose leaves. After brewing the tea, separate from the leaves. A longer brewing time may cause bitterness. The same Pai Mu Tan white tea leaves can be brewed up to three times.
