The thickness of the material can be adjusted up to 240 mm to ensure insulation fits tightly against the frame. When cutting at an angle, tilt the board holder from 0 to 90 degrees. The integrated scale makes it easy to set the angle and desired width. A reliable guiding rail ensures precise processing of mineral, glass, stone, and sheep’s wool, as well as three-layer, composite, and polyurethane boards. The machine is compatible with standard insulation material blades and saws. It is ready to use right out of the box, as it comes with a 420 mm long wool cutter with serrated blades on both sides. The integrated magnetic holder allows the tool to be stored within easy reach. The balanced design enables intuitive and effortless handling. Due to its lightweight and thin aluminum and steel construction, the guillotine can be easily transported from one job site to another.
