RECOMMENDED USAGE
Recovery drink powder is intended to be consumed within 30 minutes after exercise. It is not recommended to mix with milk as it slows down nutrient absorption.
For mixing, we recommend using a shaker or bottle. Mix 50 g of drink powder with 500 ml of water and shake well before use.
