The carafe is made from heat-resistant borosilicate glass, which does not affect the taste of the beverage. Place the coffee maker on a flat surface, grip the handle, and pull the plunger from the carafe. Add coarsely ground coffee – about one heaping teaspoon for 120 ml of water. Then pour in hot water (about 92–96 °C) and gently stir. Place the plunger lid on, adjusting it to close the spout and maintain the coffee temperature. After about 4 minutes, slowly press the plunger to separate the coffee grounds from the coffee. Finally, twist the lid to pour, and pour the drink into cups.

Before first use, rinse the infusion vessel with warm water and a bit of liquid and dry thoroughly.
