Lightweight work boots from the PILSEN S1PL series feature a toe cap made of impact-resistant plastic and a flexible anti-perforation insole, made from a material used in the production of bulletproof vests. The plastic toe cap does not absorb environmental temperatures, which is appreciated both in winter on cold days and in summer on hot days. The anti-perforation insole – unlike its steel counterpart – is flexible and does not restrict foot movement.

The shoes have an innovative three-material sole construction. The outer, semi-transparent TPU part, apart from its aesthetic properties, serves as an air cushion almost around the entire perimeter. This ensures increased comfort when working in non-standard positions. The inner part made of responsive EVA foam fully supports the foot, excellently absorbing vibrations. The non-slip rubber outsole improves stability on surfaces coated with detergents as well as on oily materials, as confirmed by the obtained SR certification. Increased wearing comfort is further enhanced by the innovative popcorn design insole.

The upper part made of polyester fabric is reinforced with TPU layers and beef leather at the front. It allows air circulation and ensures breathability. The TPU layers, in turn, increase the upper's resistance to abrasion.
