Usage instructions:
• Before using for the first time, check if the jar is cracked or broken.
• If there are any defects, replace the jar with a new one.
• Jars and lids must be washed in warm (but not hot) water with dishwashing detergent.
• Before canning, jars and lids must be sterilized in hot water.
• Do not pour boiling water directly into jars, as they may crack.
• When filling the jar with jam, ensure to leave enough space (about 1–2 cm) between the jam and the bottom of the lid.
• Remove air bubbles with a wooden or silicone spatula.
• Ensure the rim of the jar is clean, and place the vacuum lid on the jar, then place the outer lid and screw tightly.
• Improper sealing of the jar may lead to loss of airtightness and spoilage of the jam.
• Do not place a hot jar on a cold, wet, or metal surface, as it may crack.
• When pasteurizing jars in hot water, do not allow them to come into direct contact with the bottom of the pot and do not abruptly immerse them in boiling water – allow the water temperature to rise gradually.
• An airtight jar should be left upside down for 24 hours.
• Store in a warm, dry, and cool place.

If there are:
• improper use and storage
• changes that are purely visual effects
• mechanical damage
complaints will not be accepted.
