Electronic Control Logic Management
Thanks to the modern Logic Control system, the hood is easy to operate.
Power Function of the Hood
The power function ensures exceptionally strong and rapid air extraction in the presence of intense steam or odors. When the hood is turned on, it automatically switches to maximum power level for a limited time (usually 5–10 minutes), before reverting to normal mode. Ideal for frying or cooking with strong odors.
Recirculation Function
Not all buildings have the option to connect the hood to a ventilation system. In such cases, Kaiser hoods can function as air filters.
Metal Grease Filter
Durable filter made from stainless materials (stainless steel and aluminum). Under normal operating conditions, the grease filters need to be cleaned every two months in a dishwasher or bath with mild detergent or liquid soap.
Activated Carbon Filter
Chemically treated activated carbon is used in the carbon filters, which has a high adsorption capacity: it can trap dirt particles weighing five times more. The carbon filter effectively removes various odors, as well as smoke and vapor pollutants. The activated carbon filter is installed in recirculating kitchen hoods.
