About
“AESUB green” is a self-evaporating scanning spray liquid developed by scanning experts. It addresses the key challenges in 3D metrology applications, especially in sensitive areas (laboratories, production, etc.), and protects equipment from contamination by pigment deposition. There is no longer a need to costly transport externally coated measurement objects to the sensor, as well as the time-consuming cleaning of the measurement environment and objects after scanning. By using “AESUB green”, you will significantly increase the efficiency and productivity of the entire digitization process.
How to use AESUB green?Spray
Apply AESUB green paint using a sprayer from a distance of 15–20 cm. We recommend using a battery-operated AESUB spray gun or sprayers with a nozzle diameter of 1 mm or larger. Spray the entire surface to be scanned.
Spray evenly, directing the nozzle towards the object, slowly moving back and forth to achieve an even layer.
Scanning
Once AESUB green has completely dried, the object can be scanned as usual.
If necessary, reference markers can be attached to the sprayed surface.
Done
The applied layer of AESUB green evaporates on its own after scanning. Otherwise, time-consuming cleaning after application is no longer required.
