Silica is a trace element found in living organisms. One of the richest sources of silicon is bamboo shoots. The dietary supplement contains bamboo extract standardized to 70% silicon dioxide. The composition has been enriched with biotin and black pepper extract BioPerine®. Biotin helps maintain healthy hair and skin.
