Why choose K6™ PLA FG?
"Kexcelled THE K6™ PLA FG" is designed where food safety and magnetic detection are very important. The material allows industrial detection systems to identify any plastic fragments in the production line while ensuring good impact resistance and dimensional stability, with a tensile modulus under standard operating conditions being 1700–2000 MPa.
A filament with a density of 1.30–1.35 g/cm³ provides dense and uniform prints, characterized by high precision and smooth surface. This makes the material particularly suitable for fasteners, protective parts, guides, and functional components used directly or indirectly near food production lines.
Printing recommendations- Nozzle temperature: 200–230 °C
- Bed temperature: 35–55 °C
- Bed modification: PEI matte/textured plate
- Print speed: up to 300 mm/s
