• Remove the old covers and clean the rim surface.
• Place the steel expanding ring in position with the notch at the valve position and fit it into the clips.
• Attach the cover to the rim so that the valve hole on the cover aligns with the valve.
• Place the cover on the bottom of the rim, press with your foot, tighten the top two clips by hand from top to bottom while simultaneously pushing the cover into the rim edge.
• Check and tighten all around the rim perimeter.
