All about the product

Copper Network Cable CAT.8 U/FTP 40 Gb/s

The Extralink Cat.8 U/FTP network cable can be used for organized device connections in server cabinets and other network installations. The cable supports transmission up to 40 Gb/s , and the length options from 0.5 to 20 m allow for easy selection of the appropriate segment without unnecessary excess. Flat design helps to lay the cable in restricted spaces, while white insulation is suitable for bright home and office installations.

Copper Conductors and Shielding for Stable Transmission

The internal cable construction is designed for fast and stable data exchange. Copper conductors support the electrical communication parameters, while U/FTP technology with shielding on each pair reduces crosstalk and electromagnetic interference (EMI). Twisted pairs help maintain organized transmission in home, office, and server networks.

Flat Profile Eases Cable Laying

The flat network cable is easier to lay in telecommunications cabinets, cable channels, along walls, or under floors. Flexible design facilitates adapting the route to the available space, and smaller bend radius helps reduce the occupied space. As a result, cable management is simpler even in densely packed installations.

One Cable Connects Ethernet Devices

The Extralink network cable is ideally suited for connecting equipment with Ethernet ports. You can connect a router, switch, or modem to a computer, NAS server, or another network device. RJ45 connectors allow for quick and easy connectivity, while the Cat.8 U/FTP standard enables preparation of cables for demanding home and professional needs.

High Bandwidth for Work, Gaming, and Servers

Bandwidth of up to 40 Gb/s allows this network cable to handle tasks requiring efficient data exchange. Gaming and streaming benefit from a wired connection that reduces reliance on wireless transmission interference. The cable is also suitable for working from home and connecting devices in server cabinets where organized cable layout is important.

Flexible Routing and Protection Against Everyday Wear

The flat cable can be easily routed under desks, behind furniture, or along equipment to tidy up the workspace. Smooth insulation facilitates cable laying, while the flexible construction allows it to adapt to the chosen routing. The factory-installed plugs come with protective caps that help safeguard the connectors during connection and use.
