RECOMMENDED USAGE
Recovery drink powder is meant to be consumed within 30 minutes post-workout. Not recommended to mix with milk as it slows down nutrient absorption.
For mixing, it is recommended to use a shaker or bottle. Mix 50 g of drink powder with 500 ml of water and shake well before consumption.
