Lightweight work shoes from the PILSEN S1PL series are models with a shock-resistant plastic toe and a flexible anti-perforation insole made from a material used in the production of bulletproof vests. The plastic toe does not absorb ambient temperature, which is appreciated both on cold winter days and hot days. The anti-perforation insole – unlike its steel counterpart – is flexible and does not restrict the foot's mobility.

The shoes feature an innovative three-material sole construction. The outer, semi-transparent TPU part, besides its aesthetic properties, performs the function of an air cushion around almost the entire perimeter. This guarantees increased working comfort in non-standard positions. The inner part made of reactive EVA foam supports the foot comprehensively, effectively absorbing vibrations. The non-slip rubber outsole enhances stability on both detergent-covered surfaces and oily materials, as confirmed by the obtained SR certificate. Increased comfort of use is added by an innovative popcorn design insole.

The upper part made of polyester fabric is reinforced with TPU layers and beef leather at the front. It allows air circulation and guarantees breathability. The TPU layers, in turn, increase the upper's resistance to abrasion.
