"Super Lube" silicone grease with sealing ring – protection, sealing, and smooth assembly

"Super Lube" silicone grease for sealing rings is specially formulated, non-hardening silicone fluid designed for sealing rings and components of regulators, valves, pneumatic and vacuum systems. The transparent grease conditions compatible elastomers, reduces friction during assembly, and helps to protect sealing rings from wear, compression, and cutting.

The grease applied before installation helps the sealing ring to slide into the correct position and fit properly. This can facilitate manual assembly and help to automate assembly faster and more consistently, while also reducing the risk of damage during installation.

The water-resistant formula helps prevent moisture ingress and protects against oxidation. In vacuum systems, it can help reduce the overall leak rate by filling small cavities on gland surfaces and reducing permeability through the elastomer.

The grease is compatible with most manufacturer-listed plastics and rubbers and is suitable for static and dynamic O-rings, seals, rubber gaskets, sealing tapes, pneumatic systems, valves, pool pump seals, and food processing equipment.

Compatibility warning: The manufacturer considers silicone rubber types FMQ, PMQ, MQ, VMFQ, and VMQ incompatible. Always check material suitability before use, especially if the exact elastomer blend is unknown.

"Super Lube" silicone grease with sealing ring is NSF H1 registered number 156449 for incidental food contact. It is also certified according to kosher standards and recognized by the manufacturer as safe for use in potable water systems.
