Select the switch

With the selector switch, you can easily choose a full or half carafe of coffee while maintaining optimal taste. By selecting the half carafe mode, the brew time is delayed. This way, the water has enough time to extract the full flavor and aromas of the coffee, just like in a full carafe. As a result, the KBG Select is perfect for both a full carafe of coffee and several cups.

Hot Plate

The Moccamaster coffee brewer maintains the coffee temperature in the carafe at 80–85 °C. This allows you to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee for an extended period. The heating plate automatically turns off after 40 minutes by default, making the coffee brewer fire-resistant.
