Lightweight work shoes from the PILSEN S1PL series are a model featuring a shock-resistant plastic toe cap and a flexible puncture-resistant insole made from material used in the production of bulletproof vests. The plastic toe does not absorb ambient temperature, which is appreciated both in cold winter days and hot days. The puncture-resistant insole – unlike its steel counterpart – is elastic and allows for foot flexibility.

The shoes have an innovative three-material sole construction. The outer, semi-transparent TPU part, besides its aesthetic properties, serves as an air cushion almost throughout the perimeter. This guarantees increased working comfort in unconventional positions. The inner part made of responsive EVA foam supports the foot thoroughly, excellently absorbing vibrations. The non-slip rubber outsole improves stability on surfaces coated with detergents and on oily materials, as confirmed by the obtained SR certificate. Increased comfort of use is complemented by an innovative popcorn design insole.

The upper part made of polyester fabric is reinforced with TPU layers and beef leather at the front. It allows air circulation and guarantees breathability. The TPU layers, in turn, increase the upper part's resistance to abrasion.
