All about the product
ZEUSLAP P15AT Portable Monitor with 15.6-inch Touchscreen
The portable monitor "ZEUSLAP P15AT" features a 15.6-inch touchscreen with "Full HD" resolution (1920 × 1080), an IPS panel with 178° viewing angles, a brightness of 250 nits, and a contrast ratio of 800:1. The model offers basic color coverage with 66% sRGB (47% NTSC) and a color depth of 6 bits (262,000 colors), highlighting its typical utilitarian nature. The monitor supports connections via USB-C (power and video), mini HDMI, and Micro USB, allowing it to connect to laptops, smartphones, and gaming consoles. The thickness of the design is approximately 10 mm, and the weight is 650 g for the monitor alone or about 1010 g with the case, which can also be used as a stand.
IPS Screen and Everyday Use
The IPS panel ensures wide viewing angles, so the image remains clear even when viewed from the side. This is practically useful when working in teams or viewing content with a group of people. The "Full HD" resolution allows for comfortable document work and internet browsing without visible pixels. The touchscreen functionality simplifies navigation, especially when using a smartphone or systems that support touch control.
Color and Display Options
66% sRGB coverage and a 6-bit color depth mean that the monitor offers decent video quality suitable for everyday use. Practically, the color is sufficient for movies, office work, or gaming, but it is not equipment for precise graphic design. The lower number of displayed colors can lead to visible tonal transitions in more complex content. On the other hand, these specifications help maintain a lower price and more efficient energy consumption of the device.
Portability and Design
The slim case allows for easy transport, and the included case can also be used as a stand, eliminating the need for extra accessories. However, it is worth mentioning that the whole set weighs about 1 kg, which is a more realistic figure for everyday use. The metal construction enhances durability and allows the monitor to adapt better to frequent movement. The entire system is perfect for mobile applications, such as work on the go or as an additional screen for a laptop.
Connectivity and Compatibility
The USB-C ports with Power Delivery support allow for simultaneous video transmission and power supply to the monitor, simplifying the workstation setup. The mini HDMI allows connecting consoles and other devices without USB-C. Support for HDCP 1.4 standard enables content playback from streaming services in "Full HD" quality. This set of connections allows for easy adaptation of the monitor to various usage scenarios.
Work, Multimedia, and Gaming
The 3 ms response time ensures that the screen handles dynamic images well, which is important for gaming. The monitor can function as a second screen for a laptop, expanding your workspace and facilitating multitasking. The smartphone mirroring function allows for more convenient use of apps on a larger screen. In the case of consoles, the portable format enables play in a non-standard configuration.
Additional Features and Details
The monitor is equipped with 2 × 1 W speakers, which are sufficient for basic audio, such as notifications or simple content in a quiet environment. There are VESA mounting holes on the back of the case, allowing the monitor to be mounted on a stand or arm. The package includes various cables to allow immediate connection of the monitor to most devices. The included power adapter offers standard PD profiles (5 V / 3 A, 9 V / 2 A, 12 V / 1.5 A), ensuring compatibility with popular power sources, although it does not support fast charging.
