Coffee beans Figa Coffee Brazil Essencia Filter. The "Brazil Essencia Filter" is a high-quality blend of Arabica beans consisting of four botanical varieties: Catuai, Catucai, Acaia, and Mundo Novo. This selection allows for a sensory profile that stands out with flavor stability and consistency regardless of the season. The drink features dominant classic sweet notes of chocolate, nuts, and caramel. It is a choice designed for lovers of traditional, dessert-like flavors when brewing coffee using the pour-over method. Origin and roasting profile. The raw material is sourced from the Mococa region of Brazil, from plantations located at an altitude of 900–1100 meters above sea level. The beans are a result of collaboration between three farms – Fazenda Pinheiro, Fazenda Matão, and Fazenda São Domingos (under the stewardship of importer Ocafi). The combination of different terroir blends allows for the unique advantages of each to be utilized. The coffee, processed naturally and lightly roasted, is perfect for brewing using alternative methods (drip, Chemex, Aeropress) and in pour-over coffee machines.
