DISTAR ELEGANT 100 mm cutting disc designed for exceptionally clean cutting of glazed tiles, glass mosaics, porcelain stoneware, overfired tiles, ceramics, and porcelain tiles.

Edge chipping is a major issue when cutting glazed, glossy tiles or overfired porcelain ceramics.
The determining factor for cut cleanliness is the diamond disc.
The ELEGANT cutting disc is the best solution when the highest quality is needed for cutting challenging materials.
The disc features very fine diamond and a self-sharpening binding material.
The small 100 mm disc diameter provides a cleaner cut compared to 115 and 125 mm diameters, as the cutting method keeps the disc from leading to the sides and the disc has minimal vibrations.
The disc provides such a clean cut that it is nearly impossible to find even the smallest chippings, including on glazed tiles. No further edge processing is required.
The disc also does not leave chippings on the back side of the tile attachment. This is especially important when making countertops and ceramic furniture.
